About Mountain Home Lodge...
Secluded in its own alpine valley two miles and 1000 feet above the quaint village of Leavenworth, Washington, Mountain Home Lodge offers one of the Northwest's most spectacular settings for relaxation and adventure.
The distinctively appointed cabins and rooms look out upon an enchanting 20 acre meadow and the grandeur of the spectacular Stuart Range of the Cascades. An array of outdoor activities, fine dining in a warm country setting and friendly service make Mountain Home Lodge a serene resort for all seasons.
Cabins...
Our custom built pine cabins are individually nestled in the woods atop their own ridge and intended for just two.
Each cabin features the ultimate in privacy, spectacular views of the Cascades, handcarved king size bed, private deck, indoor river rock spa tub and river rock fireplace.
Also provided are robes, hair dryer, two person shower, a refrigerator stocked with complimentary beverages, coffee maker, walking sticks, snowshoes, port wine, binoculars, CD stereo system and a VCR in the reading loft. High speed wireless internet is provided throughout the cabin.
A Sampling of our Suites & Rooms...
The Cascade Suite - A spacious suite with handcrafted pine peeled king bed. Enjoy spectacular, panoramic views of the Cascades from the vine maple loveseat and amish style rocker. Romance is in the air as you snuggle by the river rock fireplace or enjoy your private Jacuzzi for two. This suite pampers you with plush robes to wrap up in, a cd stereo system for your listening pleasure and ruby port wine to sip for your evening enjoyment. The private bathroom has a glass shower and the jacuzzi tub. High speed wireless internet is provided throughout the room and grounds.
The Hideaway - Nestled at the top of the Lodge high in the loft is "The Hideaway". This secluded room has a private seating balcony overlooking the forest and offers privacy and tranquility. Plush bathrobes are included to wrap up in when lounging around or heading to enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi or seasonal heated pool. A shower is located in your private bathroom. With a queen, handcrafted peeled pine bed and a comfortable seating area for two in the vaulted pine ceiling room, you may never venture out from this snug, private retreat. It's an ideal room to enjoy the music from your cd stereo system and a good book from our library shelves located down the hallway below. High speed wireless internet is provided throughout the room and grounds.
The Sportsman - A rustic, NW lodge decor complements this queen room with a majestic mountain view of the spectacular Cascades out your window. Binoculars are on the window sill for close viewing of the beautiful meadow and it's varied wildlife below. While this room displays avid sportsman decor with antique fly rods and a host of forest creatures depicted in the lamps and wall decor, you need not worry... there are no mounted heads with eyes starirng at you, other than the eyes of the special someone you have brought with you for this romantic escape! A shower is located in your private bathroom. As with all the rooms, there is a CD Stereo for your listening pleasure and ruby port wine to sip on. High speed wireless internet is provided throughout the room and grounds.
Dining:
Summer or Winter your room rate includes a hearty breakfast featuring such treats as eggs benedict, pumpkin pancakes with cider syrup or mushroom- leek frittata, together with our very own granola, fresh fruit, fresh baked muffins, a selection of juices including seasonal fresh squeezed California oranges and delicious custom roasted Caffe Umbria & Torrefazione Italia coffees.
Delicious lunches are available either in our dining room, or specially packed for guests venturing out to hike, ski or snowshoe.
Your dinner begins each evening with fine wines and tantalizing appetizers such as wild mushroom strudel, basil crostini or tomato kalamata bruschetta. This is followed by an elegantly served three course dinner at your private table, featuring Chef Thomas Obregon's seasonal selection of such entrees as aged Angus beef tenderloin with horseradish bernaise, fresh salmon with champagne caviar sauce or applewood smoked breast of duck with marionberry compote; preceeded by fresh Lodge baked bread and a delicious soup or salad. Your dinner is completed with an exciting dessert accompanied by our delicious Caffe Umbria & Torrefazione coffee or selection of fine teas. A wide selection of premium wines and beers is available. Our chef will be pleased to offer a creative solution to any dietary restrictions you may have.
Activities...
Guests enjoy cross country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding and snowmobiling in the pristine beauty of the Cascades. In the summer months, the Lodge offers swimming, tennis, and extensive hiking and mountain biking trails.
Weddings...
Our enchanting, rolling 20 acre open meadow, surrounded by the majestic Cascades, provides our weddings with an unmatched romantic location. We will accommodate weddings up to 100 guests in the summer months.
Intimate ceremonies are also perfect for this very private location. The meadow is transformed into your "chapel" surrounded in love by your family, friends and nature's beauty.

Suites & Rooms:
Summer (mid March to mid November) $130.00 to $250.00 per night, per couple. A two night stay required on weekends. (Breakfast included)
*Winter (mid November to mid March) $300.00 to $420.00 per night, per couple. A two night stay required on weekdays and weekends.
Cabins:
Summer (mid March to mid November) $360.00 per night, double occupancy, including full breakfast. A two night stay required on weekends.
*Winter (mid November to mid March) $530.00 per night, double occupancy, A two night stay required weekends and weekdays.
Gourmet Meals included in Winter:
*During the winter season, our rates include all gourmet meals (four course dinner, gourmet breakfast and lunch) served to your private table, transportation from the base of our mountain to and from the Lodge, snowshoes, sleds, x/c skis for back country trails and exclusive access, with our 24 guests, to over 40 miles of winter playground.
Meals:
While all meals are included in our winter room rates, lunch ($15.00) and dinner ($45.00) are optional in spring, summer and fall with advanced reservation.
Lodging Policies:
Advance reservations are recommended and confirmed with one night’s deposit taken at time of booking with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
A two night stay required on weekends in summer. A two night stay required on weekends and weekdays in winter.
Cancellation requires 14 days or more notice prior to scheduled arrival: deposit refunded, less a $10 handling fee. Cancellation less than 14 days notice prior to scheduled arrival: full deposit is forfeited.
- The Lodge and grounds are smoke free environments.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Children under the age of 16 are welcome only when a group reserves the entire resort to ensure the peace and seclusion of other guests.
Check-in after 3:00 pm and check-out by 12:00 noon. Please do not arrive before 3:00 pm to allow us time to prepare the lodge for your arrival.
