Seattle
Seattle is situated on the shores of two large lakes and Puget Sound, with remote
wilderness less than an hour away, and is flanked by two major mountain ranges
(Olympics and Cascades), with Mount Rainier in full view. Among the most popular
urban attractions in Seattle are the Seattle Center
and the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, the Hiram Chittenden Locks, Woodland
Park Zoo, Tillicum Indian Village, Seattle Aquarium, waterfront, lakeside and
sound beaches and the International District. Outdoor activities include boating,
fishing, golf, water sports, hiking, biking, mountain climbing, and skiing.
The Islands
Nestled between the exciting metropolis of Seattle and our Canadian neighbours
to the north are a collection of island jewels amidst the deep blue of the Juan
de Fuca Straits. The Island region includes Whidbey
Island, Camano Island, Fidalgo Island and the San Juan Islands. Many islands
and islets make up the San Juan Islands, but it's the four main islands, Lopez

northwest of Seattle in Puget Sound. The islands can be reached by ferry and

Spokane
Spokane has an abundance of attractions, activities

Leavenworth
Known as the Bavarian Village nestled in the heart of the Washington Cascades,
Leavenworth is filled with things to do year

sled rides in the winter.
Mount Rainier National Park
Mount Rainier National Park is located in west central Washington about 48 miles
southeast of Tacoma, WA. The park is approximately one to two hours drive from
Seattle, Tacoma and Yakima, Washington
and Portland, Oregon. Mount Rainier is an active Cascade volcano encased in
over 35 square miles of snow and glacial ice.
