Vacation Rentals...
Our rental properties are located on quiet Seaside Oregon residential streets away from the noise of traffic but close to the "action". Properties include barbecues, picnic tables, yard area and off street parking.
DUPLEX - Spacious one bedroom or two bedroom units with fireplaces, bath w/jetted tub & shower, full kitchen w/dining area, 2 TV's, 2 VCR's, free movie rentals, large sun deck, and telephone with free local calls. 1BR unit sleeps 2 adults or families up to 4, 2BR sleeps families up to 5 and has extra 1/4BA upstairs. Fully equipped.
3 BEDROOM HOUSE #1 - This is a great house with lots of room. Upstairs has special kids room with full bath. Downstairs features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths with showers, fireplace, large living room, full kitchen, dining area, TV's, VCR's, free movies and telephone with free local calls. Sleeps 6 adults or families up to 8. Fully equipped.
3 BEDROOM HOUSE #2 - Comfortable beach-style house with fireplace, knotty pine living room and kitchen with dining area. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1/2 bath. Downstairs has 1 bedroom, full bath with jetted tub and shower, extra shower room, TV's, VCR's, free movies and telephone with free local calls. Sleeps 6 adults or families of 8. Fully equipped.
Group Rentals...
The entire rental property may be rented for large groups/reunions. Please note that there is still maximum occupancy restictions per unit. However, the entire property (two 3BR houses & one 1BR Duplex unit & one 2BR Duplex unit, option for extra 4th bedroom in duplex) will accommodate up to 26 people (including children). Contract us for details and restrictions.
