*B&B - Bed & Breakfast includes a full country breakfast for two.
Rates are per night, per couple plus 8% room & meal tax & 6% gratuity. Rates vary depending upon time of year and are subject to change.
Deposits: Reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of an advance deposit of 50% of your estimated bill. Deposits must be received within 7 days in order to hold your reservation.
If you arrive after the first day or leave before the last day of your reservation, your deposit for those days will be forfeit.
Cancellations: If reservations are cancelled:
1. more than 2 weeks in advance, your deposit will be refunded.
2. less than 2 weeks in advance, your deposit will be returned only if we are able to rent to others.
There is a $20.00 cancellation fee, per room, on all refunds.
Restrictions:
CHILDREN: The Darby Field offers a peaceful, adult atmosphere suited to well supervised children 8 years and older.
**Exceptions for children can only be made when the entire inn is rented by one party for a function, such as a wedding.
SMOKING: The Darby Field Inn is a smoke free establishment...Guests are welcome to smoke outside.
PETS: Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
