1849 Dry Ridge Inn offers a relaxed small town ambiance only 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, NC and the Biltmore Estate.
Surrounded by towering hemlock trees, beautiful gardens, the Dry Ridge Inn is located on a quiet residential street in the small town of Weaverville just a 10 minute drive north of Asheville.
Weaverville's first bed and breakfast inn, the Inn is ideal for those who enjoy a safe location within walking distance of restaurants, shops and art galleries, yet seek a peaceful, quiet, and romantic retreat.
Our historic three story home has eight rooms with private baths, all with gas fireplaces, all with Cable TV's and DVD Players and some can be combined to make suites for large families.
The 1849 Dry Ridge Inn, which has been a bed and breakfast country inn since 1986, offers you a gracious and elegant lodging choice on the north side of Asheville, NC.
Our Parlor is a warm and inviting place to read the morning paper have a cup of coffee or beverage of your choice.
Relax with a cool drink on our front porch or on the patio next to the water garden.
Our back yard deck has a hot tub for you to relax and unwind.
Breakfast:
After a good night's sleep in one of our comfortable rooms, enjoy a hearty breakfast in our Breakfast Room.
A typical breakfast consists of fresh fruit, mini muffins, a hot entree, three types of juices, coffee, decaf and tea. We can modify your breakfast for dietary needs. Vegan, Vegetarian, Diabetic requirements are no problem.
Asheville Area Romantic Getaways:
The inn provides a wonderful getaway for those romantic special occasions: honeymoons, an anniversary, or any other time when romance is in the air! Our desire is that your stay with us at our bed and breakfast accommodation be a comfortable, happy, and memorable one.
Bed and Breakfast Location:
Our bed and breakfast country inn is just a short drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway, ideal for recreation or simply to enjoy the enchantment of the Blue Ridge mountains. The Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville are also just 10 minutes away. Weaverville is only six miles from downtown Asheville, but its pace and values are generation away.

Deposit Requirements - Your reservation will be held with your credit card or check at the time the reservation is booked.
Cancellation Policy - Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A CANCELLATION FEE equaling 50% of your total reservation will be charged, if your reservation is canceled less than SEVEN DAYS prior to your arrival.
A confirmation obligates the guest for the entire length of reserved stay. No refund for late arrival or early departure.
Early departure/not showing up requires full payment of your reservation.
Minimum Stays - Weekends, Holidays and Special Events will require a two night minimum. Shorter stays may become available due to scheduling, so please don't hesitate to check with us. We will try to accomodate a one-night stay on weekends when we can.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
- Check-out time is 11:00 am.
