GUEST COMMENTS:
"We stayed at Talley's Corner for our first anniversary in October.
We loved the house and the hospitality. The decor was lovely and the bed
was extremely comfortable and cozy. In the morning, we were treated to a wonderful candlelight breakfast. We recommend it highly for a great weekend getaway."
-- The Fungs
"What a great time we had in your B&B! It fit our needs perfectly. Your home is beautiful and your antique collections add to the ambiance of being in a quaint New England home. We especially liked the outdoor gardens with the arbor, swing, and flowers. Your efforts of providing a variety of breakfast foods did not go unnoticed. Thanks for having a bottomless coffee pot!"

Below are excerpts from a poem written by a guest after a recent visit:
"ONE MORE DAY" by Barry Maron, M.D.
A glimpse of homes alive and tall; Streets are so calm and still,
The giant trees will enthrall; Upon entry to Whitinsville.
Direct our view to water scene; A lake alone with walking path,
Strain your eyes, try to glean For Linden Street and do the math.
Half up the hill; on the right In majesty, it beckons you.
Sculptured Inn, a warming sight A palace of which there are too few.
Climb a few outside stair, Ed and Karens smiles embrace;
Once inside do we dare, Isolate away the outside space?
Gathered in as family we Now rejoice and join our hands,
In mixed moods we feel free. Walls papered in dainty strands.
Dcor modes clearly unfold Furnishings in ideal taste,
Labors of love fondly told. A flowing busy with no waste.
Climb the stairs, see the rooms, Frills and colors of an era,
At each sight focus zooms. Retrospection is much clearer.
Comfort sleep is assured. We are steeped in history.
Restful dreams cant be demurred. Thoughts of old reality.
Breakfast within fellowship, Prepared with culnary art.
One last time before our trip, Need more days before we part.
A walk around reflection pond, Future has no certainty.
A scenic beacon just beyond, Return trips there will surely be.
