In Yarmouthport, on the North Shore of Cape Cod, on a street lined with stately trees, stands the Colonial House Inn.
Here the charm of old Cape Cod has been carefully preserved and the tradition of gracious dining and hospitality carried forward.
Each of the large guest rooms is individually decorated and furnished with antiques. Each room has its own private bath and a charming view of our grounds and the adjacent historic homes.
Rates $100 to $155, per night including breakfast & dinner (full menu) for two people.

Each of our large guest rooms is individually decorated and furnished with antiques. Each room has its own bath and a charming view of our grounds and the adjacent historic homes. All rooms are the same price, and have two twins, or one double (full), queen, or king size beds. They all have private baths, free wireless DSL, color TV's, VCR's, individually controlled heat/air conditioning, and phones.
In addition to the features of the Main House, in 1986 we renovated the Carriage House. It now offers a conference center, 10 guest rooms all with a queen size bed. In addition a living room, TV room,Free Business Computer Center, and sun deck are contained within for your enjoyment. Our enclosed widows walk serves as a lovely reading room with a 360 degree view of historic Yarmouthport.
Now completed our new atrium includes a heated year-round swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and a massage therapist is often availble for an additional charge. The carriage house guest rooms have the same comfort and charm as the original rooms in our main house.
The Hugh S. Clark conference Center is available for meetings, seminars, weddings, and other social gatherings of up to 150 people. Also on the grounds is our lovely garden area located on the lower green, complete with its own waterfall and fountain. The Inn has established a reputation as a unique site for business meetings. We successfully combine the services and facilities of the larger convention destinations with a personalized service that can only be afforded when concentrating on one group at a time.

All rates are per night and include room, dinner, (14-entrée menu) and a light breakfast, for two people.
We sometimes have a two-night minimum on weekends, (for a single Saturday night, add $15.00).
Holidays have special rates and minimums, so please inquire when making reservations.
All rooms are the same price, and have two twins, or one double (full), queen, or king size beds. They all have private baths, color TV's, individually controlled heat/air conditioning, and phones.
Day beds (cots) are available at a cost of $25.00 per night which includes breakfast & dinner, or $10.00, (for children under 10), with no meals. Cribs are available at $5.00 per night.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
A deposit of one night stay, by check or credit card, is required. For a full refund, cancellations must be received 72 hrs. prior to arrival date, (minus a $25.00 non-refundable per day reservation fee), Cancellations received after 72 hrs. will not be refunded. A no-show, (no cancellation courtesy call received), will be charged the full amount of the stay. Changes in arrival or departure dates (made after the 72 hrs. deadline) will be billed at the full rate. As we have a limited number of rooms, and do not over book, No exceptions to these polices will be made.
PETS:
Well behaved pets are welcome in most guest rooms, with advance notice, at an extra $5.00 per pet, per day, service charge.
