The Patio at Carpe Diem:
Our secluded garden is a green oasis far away from all the excitement of Commercial Street. A heated spa, which is open year round from 9 am to 9 pm, offers great comfort and cozy lounge chairs invite you to some extra sun-tanning sessions. There is an outdoor shower and the sound of classical and relaxing music as well as water flowing from the fountains will take you on along a journey of the heart and imagination. Breakfast, afternoon refreshments as well as wine and cheese are being served on the patios.
Breakfast:
Every morning, our “family-size” dining table is laid out with Jurgen’s famous homemade German-style breakfast, making it perfect meeting point for all guests who like a good cup of coffee and a nice chat with friendly people.
Described by Out and About as "Classic American gourmet meets German bounty", our breakfast table is laid out with ample amounts of homemade breads, bagels, croissant, muffins, cakes, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, jams, cold cuts such as Prosciutto and cheese, orange juice, fresh Carpe Diem Coffee and a wide variety of teas.
On weekends Jurgen prepares breakfast highlights such as German bread, Belgian waffles, pancakes, quiche, omelets, frittata or other special treats.

Provincetown is a year round destination for gay, lesbian and straight travellers from around the world and reknowned for it's endless miles of Cape Cod beaches, sand dunes, beech forest trails and cycle paths.
Provincetown is also birthplace of America's oldest art colony and home to both world class and emerging artists. The seas off Cape Cod provide Provincetown restaurants with the finest oysters, clams, lobsters, tuna and sea bass. No matter the time of year, Provincetown always has something special to offer: theatre and cabaret events, concerts, galleries, art exhibitions, bars and nightclubs.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
Minimum Stay Requirements - In-Season rates and/or minimum stay requirements may apply for certain holidays and special events.
These include but are not limited to: Valentines Weekend, Presidents Weekend, Memorial Weekend, July 4th Week, Carnival Week, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, Women's Week, Halloween Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, Holly Folly Weekend, New Years Eve holiday.
Deposits & Payments - 50% deposit required for all stays of 3 nights and longer. 100% deposit for 1 or 2 nights.
We prefer personal checks for deposits. Visa/MC/Discover, Traveler's Checks and cash accepted for balance upon arrival.
There is no refund for shortened stays.
Cancellation Policy - For rooms reserved during periods NOT listed below, the deposit minus a 10% cancellation fee (at least $25 per room) is refundable up to 21 days prior to reservation;
within 21 days the deposit minus 10% is only refundable if room is re-rented.
Deposits on rooms cancelled at any time prior to reservations scheduled for Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Week, Carnival Week, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, Women's Week, Fantasia Fair and New Years Eve holiday are only refundable if the reserved room is re-rented regardless of the time when the cancellation was made.
There is no refund for shortened stays.
