Deposit Requirements: Payment in full is required at least 45 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to holiday and peak seasons. Each stay requires damage deposit that is returned to you by mail. There is a cleaning fee for each unit based on double occupancy. Cottage $75, Apartment $65, Studio $55. If more than 2 guests in a unit there is an additional cleaning charge. Cancellation Policy: Your money is refundable if notice is given at least 45 days prior to arrival minus a 10% or $100 (which ever is greater) processing fee.
